Is that an understatement or what?! Covid, possible wide-spread election fraud, Biden claiming he has healed our nation, California curfews, and an upcoming holiday. What do we talk about first?

Well, I’m not going to get into the tangled theories surrounding Covid. It’s another wave, death rate continues to go down while the cases rise. Pretty typical stuff here. Two possible vaccinations ready by the end of the month; very impressive. Normally it takes a few years to get through the FDA process, that’s why they came up with Warp Speed. No one else will tell you, but I will; the actions of this administration were impressive in handling Covid. The corporations that came together to manufacture equipment that was needed to the point where the US was supplying other countries with ventilators. The large naval ships that this administration made available to New York, that they did not use by the way, rather they put Covid infected individuals in with our senior citizens. Hmmm, and Cuomo is proud of how he handled Covid. I would laugh, but people died because of his stupidity. I am cautious, I abide by what my stores require; but I do not abide by limiting gatherings, wearing my mask when eating, only removing it to take a bite, or a sip during a meal, I don’t wear it outside. I believe that as an adult, I know what to do to protect myself and my family. I do not need or want the government sticking their nose in my social life at home or out, my exercise routine, my eating habits, etc. Get the hell out of my business. Let’s leave it there.

Voter fraud has happened for years, although the media will tell you it hasn’t. It has been used for both parties. People in power are able to manipulate our government and the only reason this is different, is because an outsider saw it this time. Instead of being quiet and allowing the status quo to continue, he blew the lid off of this old boys power grab. If it had been any other person; this would not have been exposed.

Dominion helped Hillary against Bernie; difference is, he was told it was going to end in Hillary’s favor, just take this and invest in a new (fifth) home or buy something pretty. You will still be in the heart of it all, but it’s her turn. Don’t believe that? If you don’t believe it, believe that its even possible, then there is no hope for you. You believe what the people in power tell you. You believe that Obama loved America and it’s people; that he wasn’t purposely dividing our nation. You probably believe that Hillary had nothing to hide in the 30,000 lost emails, or the equipment that was destroyed by bleach bit and literally broken to pieces with hammers. Ya, I know you.

Biden … this one still has me shaking my head. When your party calls the current President illegitimate, creates fake Russia collusion narratives, impeaches him on a ridiculously false charge and try to ruin his name every way possible it shows your hatred for him and for regular American citizens. His speech infuriates you (with all it’s New Jersey charm), the language he uses offends you, you don’t “get” sarcasm, you see someone who doesn’t speak eloquently as beneath you. You hate him, you always have, you have tried to find dirt on him and couldn’t, you tried to turn people against him with your untrue claims of racism, misogyny, xenophobia, Hitler references, etc. Instead you rage, have tantrums, need safe spaces, burn cities (referring to the idiots who were destroying buildings, police cars, etc.) whenever someone with a different opinion than yours was scheduled to speak at a university, or elsewhere. California curfew, not a big deal. Police are not doing anything about it. Everyone knows that Gavin Newsome is an elitist with a power problem. No one likes him. Nancy’s nephew is useless and we are no longer listening (as if we were before).

Lastly, Thanksgiving is this week. Something to look forward to; although it may be noticeably smaller for most of us. Some people are just tired of being away from loved ones and are having their large gatherings as usual. This year is a small group for me. I do worry about having my mother out and about during a virus outbreak, and my sister and her boyfriend need to be cautious as well. It will be a small group, but a grateful one. We will cherish the time we do get to spend together and hopefully laugh, watch football, eat good food and remember two very special loved ones who left our lives this year.

Even with all the craziness these days; I have completely sworn off news, television programs and social media. I haven’t felt this good in a very long time. My mind is calmer, I’ve even started doing yoga, and I have noticed that I am getting better at being present. I feel free and it is amazing.

My wish for all of you is that you enjoy those around you, that you don’t take anything, or anyone for granted. That you find gratitude in every aspect of your life and you give thanks for the little things. Be at peace, love everyone and don’t let anyone take your sunshine.
